Join us as international speaker and author David Meinz leads us all through the popular game show “Family Food!” Root for your favorite contestants chosen right from the congregation! Test your nutrition and health knowledge, have lots of fun, and maybe even win some valuable prizes. Don’t miss it! Sabbath, September 16th 11am sharp and Sabbath afternoon at 4:00 pm. Health promotion expert David Meinz claims it’s not what you eat between Christmas and New Year’s that matters, but rather, what you eat between New Year’s and Christmas! He speaks internationally to businesses, associations, and churches and is a frequent guest on radio and television.
